I’m Carole Langheim, and real estate has always been more than a career to me, it’s a genuine passion. Long before I became a Realtor, I spent weekends touring open houses simply because I loved homes: the architecture, the natural light, the floor plans, and the details that make a property feel special.

After a successful career in corporate solution sales, I transitioned into real estate in 2003. My corporate background shaped the way I serve clients today: I come prepared, communicate clearly, pay attention to the details, negotiate strategically, and stay focused on results. Over more than two decades in real estate, I have built my business around long-term relationships, deep market knowledge, and a commitment to doing the work that helps my clients succeed.

My family and I moved from Chicago to North Raleigh in 2014 and chose Wakefield as our home. Since then, I have become deeply connected to the North Raleigh and Wake Forest markets. I typically close between $8 million and $12 million in annual sales volume and also bring experience in vacant-land transactions.

We landed in Wakefield and we have never looked back.

My Approach

I work primarily with move-up buyers, downsizers, relocation and investment property buyers. That may mean moving within the Triangle, purchasing a second home, relocating to the coast, or transitioning to a 55+ community. My clients value practical guidance, honest feedback, and a Realtor who understands that a move is both a major financial decision and a personal life transition.

I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I take time to understand your goals, timing, concerns, and priorities and then create a clear strategy to help you move forward with confidence.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and real estate partner, Greg, our children Henry, Luke, and Mary, and our Bulldog, Rowdy. You may find me walking or running on the greenway, kayaking at Falls Lake, cooking, or spending time at Carolina Beach.
